The next sound bath is on Thursday 18th December, a perfect moment of calm just before the Christmas season fully kicks in.
Immerse yourself in an hour of deep rest and rejuvenation as the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and gentle percussion wash over you.
This session is designed to help you unwind, release the tension that often builds at this time of year, and reconnect with your own centre before the festive rush begins.
A beautiful pause… a breath… a chance to return to yourself.
