What's it all about??
Join us this January to clarify what you want most out of life and create a path to get there!
In this session, you’ll learn why writing down goals and sharing them with others ignites a spark in you and helps you realize your dreams.
We’ll cover a simple approach to reflect on where your life is now - in areas such as your health, career, and relationships – and where you want it to go.
You’ll prioritize one main goal and explore why it matters to you and what’s needed to make it happen. You’ll leave the workshop with a focused action plan to start your 2026 with intention and work with Spirit to take inspired action.
Goal setting works best in community, so we plan to meet every few months in 2026 to check in, share progress, and stay encouraged.
This method Shannon created was born during the pandemic when she realized that she wanted to be more intentional in life. She decided that, on the other side of quarantine, she would put more effort into seeing the things she wants to see, doing the things she wants to do, and experiencing the things she wants to experience. She created this workshop for herself to organize her thoughts and set tangible goals to live her most mindful, best possible life. After six years of doing this annually on her own, and with a few others at her kitchen table, she's seen the enormous, positive impact it's had on her life (traveling to incredible places, cultivating healthier relationships, and expanding her spiritual connections). Now she’s eager to share it with others and looks forward to sharing it with you on January 11th!!
Shannon is a lifelong goal setter. As a professor, she taught classes about overcoming personal and professional relationship challenges. For over a decade, she’s worked as a consultant who helps make workplaces better, especially for employees. She also happens to be a developing psychic medium, Reiki practitioner, meditator, yogi, and an enthusiastic member of the Light Works community who feels like her life purpose is to blend the worlds of science and Spirit. We're excited for her to share her wisdom and loving, positive energy with us!
