We’ll move through a series of high and low tones, using both certified training as well as intuition, to create a unique and relaxing environment. We invite you to lay back, relax and receive as the healing frequencies wash over you. No special clothing is required for this event. We provide thick quality mats for your comfort as well as bolsters for under your knees to and yoga blankets as well.
The exchange for class is $22. Class is 75 minutes, includes shamanic drumming guided meditation, use of 3 gongs, ancient Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, ocean drums as well as several other sound healing tools.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start time. Pay in advance by Venmo to secure your spot as space is limited to provide both an individual as well as community experience.
What we offer is different. My husband and I both serve you in this capacity at no added cost.
