This immersive experience is designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance—leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply renewed.

Through guided meditation, a deeply restorative sound bath, and Reiki energy healing, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner harmony.

🌙 What You’ll Experience

Opening Intention & Grounding:
Set your energy, release what no longer serves you, and arrive fully in the present moment. Each participant will receive a complimentary crystal to support intention setting and anchor the energy of the session.

Guided Meditation:
Flow into deep relaxation, letting go of stress and inviting clarity, balance, and realignment.

Immersive Sound Bath:
Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments to wash over you, soothing the nervous system, opening the heart, and guiding you into a dreamlike state of energetic harmony.

Reiki Energy Healing:
Gentle, subtle energy work to support emotional release, restore balance, and enhance the healing resonance of the sound.

Closing Integration:
Ground and integrate the experience so you leave feeling aligned, calm, and energetically renewed.

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (limited mats available)
• Blanket and/or pillow for extra coziness
• An open heart and willingness to receive

Eye masks (including optional heated lavender eye masks) and earplugs will be provided for your comfort.
