• Opening Intention & Grounding: Set your energy, release what no longer serves you, and arrive fully in the present moment
• Guided Meditation: Flow into deep relaxation, letting go of stress and inviting clarity, balance, and realignment
• Immersive Sound Bath: Allow the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred instruments to wash over you, soothing the nervous system, opening the heart, and guiding you into a dreamlike state of energetic harmony
• Reiki Energy Healing: Gentle, subtle energy work to support emotional release, restore balance, and enhance the healing resonance of the sound

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (limited mats available)
• Blanket and/or pillow for extra coziness
• An open heart and willingness to receive

Eye masks (including optional heated lavender eye masks) and earplugs will be provided for your comfort.
