9:30 AM – Welcome, discussion & rider Q&A
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Small Group 1 Riding Session
12:00 – 1:00 PM – Lunch Break
1:00 – 3:00 PM – Small Group 2 Riding Session
3:00 - 4:00 PM – Wrap-up discussion & Q&A
* Riders in each group are encouraged to learn by watching the other group intensive.

🌟 About Clinician: Reta Conner
Reta Conner brings a lifetime of diverse, high-level horsemanship to her teaching.
Raised on a large cattle ranch in northern Arizona, she began her career galloping racehorses and held her trainer’s license by age 16 with multiple wins. She has successfully competed across disciplines including dressage, three-day eventing, reining, and Working Equitation.
Her dressage foundation was shaped through work with renowned trainers and Olympians, including:
• Belinda Nairn-Wertman
• Nuno Oliveira (influence through mentorship lineage)
• Betsy Steiner, George and Inga Theodorescu, and Anne Gribbons. She has also trained with Jan Eblling, George Williams, Karl Mikolka, Christine Taurig and other masters.
Reta has trained horses to Prix St. George, managed international training facilities in Germany, and studied with some of the top names in dressage.
Reta discovered Working Equitation in 2011 and has studied in Portugal with Working Equitation masters like Pedro Torres. She has competed in WE at Andalusian World Cup in Las Vegas, Haras Cup in Houston, TX. She has competed through Masters level horses she trained from the ground up.
Today, she trains, breeds, and coaches riders across the U.S., bringing a unique ability to connect classical dressage principles with real-world obstacle performance.

Participants - $350 for day - includes stall for the day, includes lunch
Spectators welcome - $40 per day at the door.

Dry stalls will be provided to participants for the day. Bring your own shavings, feed and water buckets. Stalls all have fans.
Once your forms are filled out we will send you an invoice due upon receipt via check to KarMik Acres, Inc. or via PayPal (fees added 4%). Your entry will not be considered complete until payment is received. Entry fees are non-refundable unless we can fill your rider spot(s) with another participant. If refunded, we will retain a $50 office fee. You will also need to email/mail in a copy of your current coggins and a reminder to out of state horses that the state requires a health certificate (KarMik Acres will not be checking).
DUE TO LIMITED REGISTRATION - PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO TEAM KARMIK MEMBERS.
