✨ Vision Board Yoga Workshop: Set Your 2025 Intentions ✨

Join us for an inspiring and intentional afternoon as we blend movement, mindfulness, and creativity to set the tone for 2025!

This 2-hour workshop is designed to help you center your intentions and manifest your vision for the New Year. Led by Kendra Brody (@keniib) and Sarah Mead (@mysticsurfmama), the experience includes:

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yoga Class (1 hour)

Begin with a calming, all-levels yoga session to ground yourself and connect with your aspirations. Move mindfully, breathe deeply, and prepare your mind and body for focused creativity.

🎨 Vision Board Activity (1 hour)

After yoga, channel your clarity into a hands-on vision board workshop. Using provided materials, you’ll create a personalized visual representation of your dreams and goals for the year ahead.

• After January 19: $50 per person
• Yoga/Pilates Teacher Discount: $30 per teacher
