A 3 hour immersive workshop with Gary Lee Walker & Leena Graham exploring the parts of you that want to be heard.
So many of us move through life feeling torn between different inner voices.
One part wants to move forward… another wants to hide.
One part longs to be seen… another fears what will happen if it is.
The Space Within is a space to gently meet those parts. Not to fix them, force them, or fight them, but to listen, understand, and begin creating inner connection instead of inner conflict.
This workshop is rooted in the understanding that you are not broken.
You are made of many parts.
Some protective.
Some hidden.
Some loud.
Some waiting to finally be acknowledged.
Through breath, movement, voice, energy work and connection, we create a safe and grounded space where all of you is welcome.
Everything is invitational, and you’ll be guided throughout at a pace that supports safety, awareness, and real connection with yourself.
