The last Sunday of the month offers the perfect pause—a chance to honor the month behind, clarify our focus for the journey ahead, and restore our energy before stepping into a new week.

Through sound, stillness, and community, we center ourselves so we can extend care outward to a world that needs it.

What to Expect

7:00 PM - Doors open (arrive, settle in, create your nest)
7:30-8:30 PM - Crystal bowl sound journey
8:30 PM - Gentle closing and integration

Most people lie flat on their backs to allow sound vibrations to move through the whole body, supporting optimal relaxation. You'll be still for 60 minutes, so bring extra layers!

Don't want to lie down? Soft alternative seating is available.

We gather in Gravity's warm, inviting space with a fireplace—perfect for deep rest and community connection.

Parking: LAZ Garage behind Gravity at 500 W Broad Street, plus street parking available

Creating Your Next

Arrive early to set up your comfortable space. Position your mat in rows to make the best use of space for all attendees. Build your layers: mat base, blanket on top or over you, pillow for head, optional eye covering.

Our goal is for everyone to be comfortable with good space flow. Consider your neighbors and leave enough room for everyone to stretch out fully.
