✨ Soul Healers Circle: A Gathering for Women in Transition ✨

You're not broken. You're between versions of yourself.

And that in-between place? It's exhausting, disorienting, and often very lonely — especially when the world keeps asking you to keep up while something deep inside you is quietly being rebuilt.

This circle is for you.

Soul Healers Circle is an intimate monthly gathering for women who are somewhere in the middle of a big life shift — menopause, grief, spiritual awakening, recovery, an ADHD diagnosis that finally explains everything, or simply the unsettling feeling of "I don't quite recognize myself anymore."

This is not a workshop. It's not therapy. Nobody here is going to fix you or heal you.

What it is — is two hours of being gently guided back to yourself.

What we move through together:

We begin with arrival and grounding. Feet on the floor, slow breath, a reminder that you're safe to be exactly as you are today.

From there, Christine guides the group through soft breathwork — just making a little more space inside. Nothing forceful. Eyes open or closed, whatever feels right.

Then we settle into healing frequencies and rest — a body scan from feet to head while healing music plays and reiki flows quietly in the background to move, shift, and clear whatever's ready to go. You don't have to do anything during this part. Just receive.

We follow that with a gentle somatic practice — soft shaking, movement, and a simple body-based boundary exercise to help you reconnect with your own yes and no.

Then journaling with three prompts designed to meet you exactly where you are in your transition. And finally, a sharing circle where you're invited to offer as much or as little as you like. Listening is full participation.

We close with one hand on heart, three breaths together, and one word you're leaving with.

Where we gather:

A private healing room at Within Wellness on 14th Street NW, Calgary — the same sacred space where reiki sessions, chakra work, tuning forks, and the harmonic egg all happen. The energy in that room is already working before we begin.

8 women maximum. Always kept small so real depth is possible.

About Christine

Christine is a medium, trauma-aware facilitator and coach who guides women through breathwork, meditation, chakra and aura scans, somatic practices, and journaling — with reiki flowing throughout to support movement, shift, and clearing.

She doesn't show up as someone who has it all figured out. She shows up as someone who has learned how to be in the messy middle without abandoning herself — and who knows how to hold that space for others.

Her lived experience includes navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurodivergence, and menopause. Sensitivity, intuition, and being "in between" are not just welcomed in her circles — they're the whole point.
