🍁It's our 5th annual celebration & you're invited to celebrate food education in our community with a big ole' fall celebration we're calling Pumpkins in the Park! ✨
On October 4th from 1-5pm, join us in downtown Bridge Park for all kinds of pumpkin-y fun!
🎃 enjoy FREE food from the Holy Cow food truck
🎃 eat seasonal ice cream treats with The Ice Cream Social
🎃 drink a cold beer from Innovation and/or Balsam Falls
🎃 enter to win the pumpkin gutting contest
🎃 learn to carve like a pro with local artist Emily Moss
🎃 enter to win amazing raffle prizes
🎃 play fall games like pumpkin bowling, pumpkin shuffle board, corn hole & more!
🎃 decorate a Darnell Farms pumpkin to take home

Bring a picnic blanket & your social district cups so you can stay a while and enjoy the day with us.
Tickets are FREE...please just RSVP so we know you're coming! (Don't worry, there will be plenty of ways to support Uncomplicated Kitchen while you're there!)
And, just in case you didn't know, we're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in western North Carolina. Through educational outreach, we work to empower our friends and neighbors to cook and grow the nutritious foods they want to eat. Our mission is to teach community members how to plan meals, shop for ingredients, and cook healthy, simple and affordable recipes. We bridge the gap between the food people have access to and the tools and knowledge they have to prepare nutritious meals for themselves and their families. Whether people shop at the farmers market, grocery store, or receive food through charitable organizations, Uncomplicated Kitchen teaches our community that healthy food is affordable and simple.
