Event Description Step into a calm, welcoming space designed to help your whole system soften, settle, and reset. This 90‑minute Inside-Out Reset guides you through gentle practices that bring you back into your body and restore your natural energy.

The Experience - A short de‑stressing circle to release tension - Breathwork to calm the nervous system - EFT tapping to clear emotional static - Grounding practices to reconnect with your body - Light movement or stillness to settle your energy - A closing intention to anchor clarity and peace.

We will have 90s music in the background dance with me if you'd like!
