Come join me Saturday mornings for a grounding, all-levels yoga flow in Oviedo on the Park - free or donation-based, with all proceeds benefiting Oviedo Helping Hand 💛

We’ll meet at the top of the hill, under the trees in the grassy area facing the amphitheater.

Bring your mat and water (I’ll have a couple extra mats to lend if you need one!).
