Step into a relaxed space where movement loosens, ideas spark, and you get to explore your own style.
This is an open-level solo freestyle practice, created for dancers who want to deepen their improvisation, expression, and confidence. Come as you are.
⏩️ Open for everyone
Beginners, social dancers, teachers — all are welcome.
⏩️ Your practice, your pace
The space is shared, the focus is personal, and the atmosphere stays easygoing.
⏩️ Session flow
• Warm-up together
• Individual training time — practise anything you want to develop: something from the past week, month, year, or whatever movement calls you
• Introduction to cyphering
• Practice in cyphers
• Optional battling for those who want to challenge mindset, presence, or simply explore something playful
⏩️ Flexible, FREE participation
The session lasts about 2 hours. Join or leave whenever you need. No registration at any point - just come, say you're here for the freestyle and join us!
