Join us for a deeply nourishing 75-minute Vinyasa Flow & Sound Bath, thoughtfully designed to support both movement and deep rest.
The experience begins with 50 minutes of warm, accessible Vinyasa Flow guided by Marilyn Glasser, followed by 25 minutes of Sound Bath and extended Savasana with Laura Daniel—creating space for relaxation, nervous system reset, and integration.
✨ All levels are welcome, though some Vinyasa experience is recommended.
This offering is an invitation to move, breathe, soften, and settle—allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to fully receive.
🧺 Please bring your own props:
Blankets, pillows, a yoga block (if you use one), plus an eye pillow or small hand towel are recommended for the Sound Bath portion.
