And so we near the end of semester, it is a bittersweet time. As one last hurrah before the brutality of exams sets in, we invite you all to join us for a fun night of 🍻 Beer and Freddos! 🐸🍫
For the uninitiated, Beer and Freddos (BnF) is the last social event 🎉 EMS puts on as a celebration of finishing gigs, concerts, and the semester as a whole, where we present awards 🏆 nominated by our fellow members in ranging degrees of seriousness (the sillier the better 🤪).
Of course, what better excuse to get all dressed up in formal attire than an EMS event? 👗🤵 Don’t be scared to reach into the back of the closet past the concert blacks 🎶 for that outfit you’ve been dying to wear. Who knows, you might even get an award out of it 👀. No promises, but everyone better be practising their catches—projectile Freddos are not an uncommon occurrence! 🎯🐸
The main part of the night is indeed the awards 🏅. There’s a Google form attached to fill out before the cut-off date so we can get them all printed out and ready. Again, have fun with it—there are no bad ideas! 💡
