✨ Ecstatic Dance, Drumming Circle, Live Trumpet & Sound Journey ✨

Find your flow through movement on Saturday, March 28th from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. This is a judgement free, sacred space to explore movement, connect with your inner rhythm and experience the joy of embodied self expression.

We begin by opening the heart and grounding into the body through a communal drumming circle. Together, we build a foundation before journeying into an Ecstatic Dance experience, guided by live trumpet music.

No experience is needed, just come with an open mind and a willingness to move.

Arrival: Please arrive on time and enter the space silently to help preserve the atmosphere.

Guidelines:

🦶 Barefoot to connect more deeply with the earth, your body and the space.

😇 Sober, we dance in our natural, mindful state.

🤫 Sacred silence, no talking during the dance, there will be time to share afterward 😊

📱 No phones, this is a phone free zone.

💖 Respect, take responsibility for yourself and honor others’ personal space.

What to Bring: A water bottle, comfortable clothes that allow free movement and an open, curious and receptive mind.

About Ecstatic Dance: Ecstatic dance is a free form dance experience guided by live DJ music & instruments. The music was selected to create a journey-like flow throughout the session. So it progresses from slower, softer tunes at the beginning to more energetic rhythms as we start dancing. We will provide some guidance and facilitation, but the music, the community and your own inner space will be your guides.

Our ecstatic dance sessions create a safe and respectful space for everyone, to express themselves freely through movement and music. No experience required.
