“As a chef, inspiration often comes from the places we know best. Working at Apple Creek Golf Club, I am fortunate to be surrounded by the beauty and character of the course each day. The golf culture, landscape, natural surroundings, and sense of tranquility found throughout the property have influenced the dishes presented in this menu.
Each course was thoughtfully created to reflect elements of the environment that make Apple Creek unique. From the textures and colors found across the course to the balance and harmony that nature provides, these dishes are my interpretation of the setting that inspires me every day.
