The musical landscape will be a journey from the darker side to the lighter side, to let us experience the inherent qualities of both. 🌑☀️
Landing on the bright side, we let the sounds and spirit of spring fill our hearts up with beauty and hope 💚
New to Ecstatic Dance? There is nothing you can do ”wrong” in this dance. No choreography or suggested moves, only juicy music and an open invitation to let your body take the lead.

🌿 Pre-Dance Warm-up (Workshop · 1 hour)
Before the dance, we open the space with a gentle guided warm-up.
A soft arrival into your body, into presence, and into connection with others.
Simple and playful exercises to melt the distance between strangers — so you can enter the dance more open and relaxed.
