Celebrate the winter solstice with a gentle stretching workout that balances introspective grounding movements with exercises that build inner heat and strength, honoring the transition from darkness back toward the light. After the Pilates session, we will conclude with a soothing sound bath to deepen relaxation and integrate the practice.The studio will be softly lit with a warm, calming ambience to help you fully immerse in this seasonal experience. The movement session will be guided by Lin, who brings a mindful approach to grounding and strengthening practices, while the soothing sound bath will be led by Gabriel, offering deep relaxation and integration.
A movement session and the sound bath will be separated by a short break to allow you to refresh and fully transition between practices.
Please bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask for the sound bath, and an open heart. Mats and props will be provided.
The event begins at 5:00 PM and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Spaces are limited to maintain an intimate atmosphere, so early registration is highly recommended.
As a final touch, participants will be offered delicious raw cake bars to honor the return of the light and close the evening with nourishment and sweetness. After the sessions, alcoholic and alcohol-free mulled wine will be served to enhance the festive atmosphere, and additional raw bars will be available for purchase.
