✨ Join Nicole Hensch for a beginner-friendly slow flow Yoga class. She has over 10 years of teaching experience with a soft spot for a juicy slow flow accompanied by a great playlist.

Please bring your own Yoga mat & any props you may like to use for class (optional but always welcome!) Don't own a Yoga mat yet? Please reach out if you'd like to borrow one.
