Mission 4031 is gearing up for our next Hope Night, and we need YOU to help make it a success! These evenings are all about providing community, comfort, and a much-needed lift to those who need it most—but we can’t do it without our incredible volunteers.
How You Can Help
We’re looking for friendly faces and helping hands for a variety of roles:
Greeting & Check-in: Be the first warm smile our guests see!
Food Service: Help serve up a delicious meal.
Setup & Breakdown: Help us transform the space and tuck it away afterward.

What is a Buddy?
Being a Buddy is the heart of Hope Night. As a Buddy, you are paired with a guest for the evening to be their personal host and friend. Your goal is simple: ensure they feel seen, included, and supported. You’ll sit with them during the program, share a meal, and engage in genuine conversation. It’s not about having all the answers—it’s just about being present!
