Get ready for an intensive weekend filled with technique, flow, and dance magic! Here is what we have planned for you:
📅 Saturday
11:00 – 13:00 | Theme 1: Leading & Following Technique 🤝
In this module, we will explain all the key connection points, hand placements, and framing required to control tension throughout the body. Both leaders and followers will focus on isolations in each part of the body to ensure clear communication during movement. ⚡️
13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch Break 🥗☕️
14:00 – 16:00 | Theme 2: Transitions, Energy Changes & Preparations 🔄
This section focuses on mastering footwork and body control while changing positions, including on-spot turns and traveling turns. We will also cover how to adjust and switch energy depending on the type of preparation required for each move. 💨

11:00 – 13:00 | Theme 3: Shadow Position, Head-Roll Technique & Endings 👤💫
In this final technical module, students will develop control over the most advanced movements. We will work on shadow position dynamics, proper head-roll technique, and clean, safe endings. 💎
13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch Break 🥪🍎
14:00 – 16:00 | Theme 4: V&A Signature Moves 🏆
To finish, we will teach a set of our signature movements, which require full control of all the techniques learned in the previous modules. Let’s bring it all together! 🤩🔥
