Each Awaken Your Power circle is intuitively guided. These meditations unfold as true Shamanic Journeys. The vision for each gathering begins arriving weeks beforehand — images, sensations, and energetic threads that reveal the path I’ll guide the group through. By the time we meet, the journey has already been forming in the unseen, ready to meet you exactly where you are.

We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to ground and connect, then move into a guided meditation infused with Reiki healing energy. Each meditation carries a specific intention or theme, supporting your remembrance, clarity, and empowerment. Throughout the gathering, the healing flows continuously — awakening vitality, activating your body’s innate ability to heal, and opening pathways to deeper intuition and unconditional love.

We close with optional sharing and reflection so you leave feeling integrated, supported, and renewed.

Casa Luna is a warm, community‑centered studio designed for healing and connection — the perfect sanctuary to arrive, settle in, and open to the energies of our circle.

Comfort & Support:
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided.
Casa Luna’s space is beautiful and grounding. The floor is Saltillo tile, so for extra comfort during the meditation, feel free to bring a thicker yoga mat, a foam pad, or any cozy supports you love.
Water and any personal comfort items are always welcome.
