⛵ MEDITATION BOAT (The Soul Sailing Experience)

Join us for a special 2-hour sailing trip —right from Barcelona’s Port Olímpic.

We’ll sail into the sunset, enjoy the views, and take time for a guided meditation and mindfulness session on board. It’s a chance to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself in a unique setting.

• 2-hour sailboat trip
• Sunset views + possibility of seeing the full moon from the sea
• Guided meditation & mindfulness practice

• Location: Port Olímpic, Barcelona
  Meet directly in front of the boat — full meeting instructions will be sent after booking.
• Please arrive on time. Once we leave the dock, we can’t wait.

• Warm layers + socks (no shoes on board)
• Towel & swimsuit (if you feel like swimming – optional)
• If you get seasick, consider taking Biodramina (1 hour before). Available at any Ph*rm*cy.

We’ll confirm the sailing trip 48 hours before, depending on the weather.
