Don’t miss out on your Sunday morning easy run before heading to church or laying by the pool. Let’s plan to meet at 7 AM at the Biscuitville on Main Street for a 5 mile loop around downtown and Linley Park. Easy to follow route that can be adjusted to meet your current training plan with all paces present including walkers. If you’re looking for an additional 5 miles feel free to show up at 6 AM at the same location but a different route. All paces and walkers also welcome to join.
