⚡️ARC⚡️ Saturdays on the SRT

We had a little break for the holiday with everybody racing in different locations so this Saturday it’s time to get back together for our weekly long run on the swamp rabbit Trail. Plan on meeting at the playground by 6:30 AM for a group photo and then we hit the ground running. The group heads towards Furman so you have the opportunity for bathrooms and water at the swamp rabbit Café the caboose at 4 miles in and Furman Lake Loop. The distance pace is up to you, but you should be able to find your people in the group. Feel free to comment your weekly training plan to connect with others ahead of time.
