Calling all Lake County Golden Flashes! It’s time for our Annual Day of Service. This year, the Kent State University Alumni Association Lake County Chapter is heading to the historic Little Red School House in Willoughby to help preserve a piece of local history.Whether you have a "green thumb" or prefer indoor projects, we have a task for you! We will be cleaning and polishing antique school desks, organizing historical displays, weeding, and trimming bushes to get the schoolhouse ready for the season.

When: Saturday, April 18, 2026
Where: Little Red School House (Willoughby, OH)
Perks: We’ll provide breakfast to fuel our volunteers!
Official Gear: You can also sign up for an Alumni Association shirt when you arrive.
🥫 SPECIAL FOOD DRIVE
As part of our ongoing commitment to our students, volunteers are encouraged to bring canned food items to this event. We will be collecting these donations on-site to support the KSU Campus Kitchen and Pantry!
