⚜️Sound & Spirit Reiki Sound Bath⚜️Reiki is love, discover it with Boho balance.
✨Saturday 24th January.
✨10:30-11:30am.
✨ Silver Threads Hall, Donnington, TF2 8AD.
✨£20 per person.
A therapeutic meditation for all. We will use the groups energy to release and unwind to the sounds of crystal bowls. Whilst relaxing you’ll also receive a dose of Reiki goodness to help enhance your sound bath experience. Lindsay from Boho Balance is an experienced Reiki Master who will be helping us raise our vibration.
⚜️You will start by choosing an oracle card. This will help to set your intention for the healing session.
⚜️You’ll then get comfy for the sound bath. You’re welcome to sit or lie down using one of our mats provided.
⚜️I’ll then play the singing bowls for around 45 minutes. During this time, you’ll tune into the bowls and their frequencies. Lindsay will work her magic too.
⚜️The aim of the sound bath, is to help your mind feel calmer, your mood uplifted and more in tune with your body.
💫All mats, blankets and pillows are provided. But you’re welcome to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable.
💫£20 investment per person. Payment in full is required to secure your place. This is non refundable. Places are limited, so be sure to reserve your place.
