CHAIR YOGA CLASS!
Each session is 1 hour and includes 45 minutes of gentle chair yoga and 15 minutes socialising afterwards.
The class is gentle stretches either seated or standing using the chair for support.
Helping you to increase flexibility, build strength, improve balance and co-ordination, learn relaxation techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, along with making friends and much more!
It is ideal for all ages and abilities and there are lots of variations and adaptions given during the class.
My current classes includes people in their 50’s through to those in their mid 90’s.
Pay as you go: £7 per session or pre-pay for 8 sessions at £50.00, saving £6. To pre-pay please phone me on number below or pay on the first session.
HELD AT: Trinity Church, Wellington Road, Newport Shropshire.
Off-road parking is available.
Please note that the door is locked at 10.30am for security reasons.
