For drinking Cacao in a conscious ceremonial way by taking time out to praise ourselves from the inside out.
This has been apart of the omstudio song circle space for 8 years now.
A space to come free your voice and make sound,to have space for Conversation in a conscienious way where listening really matters to the collective energy field making the difference a real vision.
Where Silence is also bathed in as a balm it assists to hold the space at OM Studio Northampton Silence Speaks.
These soulful sound scape gathering all carry a different flavour as they are held three times a month by different facilitators.
The Cost depends on your chosen amount of cacao.
•Firstly you can join without cacao which is ~£8 the cost is in support of community (assisting with helping hands can also be a exchange for a space)
•To add 20gm of Cacao ~£12
•To add 40gm of cacao ~£15
•To add 60gm of Cacao ~£18
This space is to feel connection and some commonality to like minded people finding newness in a ever changing world.
No you dont need a singing voice just the willingness to open to sounding is your contribution to the space.

To invite the spoken word with a few helpful guidlines to hold the space in safety for the first part of the morning. The cacao softens the body which in turn releases deeping which assists the sound song and conversation.
This space lends itself to the group dynamics with how it all comes together, which Im here to support as space holder.
No two Soulful gatherings are ever the same.
