As a therapist, I have been fortunate to learn some fascinating insight on the human experience working with many sensitive folks (often Neurodivergent, ADHD, Autistic, High IQ/Gifted, Queer, LGBTQIA+) who frequently lacked loving guidance to make sense of themselves in a positive lens without seeing their sensitive nature as a 'weakness.'

Creating this class has been a 'passion project' of mine and an attempt to help address this need for support with an intimate gathering at the gorgeous and welcoming space in .

We will be set up in the cozy meditation room where I'll offer a class presentation about understanding and supporting your nervous system and spirit with the help of modern science and ancient wisdom. No previous knowledge or training needed - just an open heart. ♡
