Floating Sound Bath

Upon arriving you’ll cozy up into a comfortable resting shape of choice and immerse yourself into a blissful state of deep awareness and restoration. We’ll focus on the release of physical tension and surrender into stillness as you are guided through an intentional meditation to help you land in a deep meditative state, followed by a harmonic sound bath.
The sound bath will help you relax and recalibrate the body, calm the mind, clear the subconscious and activate your body’s natural healing system through the harmonic sound of instruments such as: crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, buffalo drum, hand pans, and more! Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and re-aligned with your higher self.
