Welcome to our women's workshop in the serene woods of Berlin!
Come and be together with us for a one-day retreat in nature. It is a 6 hours journey facilitated by Raminta Blinstrubyte & Roberta Kasha Colombano with an optional aperitivo with our supportive women circle at the lake to admire the sunset!

We suggest you bring anything to feel comfortable that day, extra clothes, a bottle of water, a pen and a diary to write or draw.

RAMINTA BLINSTRUBYTE (BERLIN-LITHUANIA)

Raminta is a humble and wild 'amazon' from the Baltics. Pantarei (somatic coaching) practitioner and extraordinary events' architect. She brings ceremony and ritual into her facilitation. In her events, people feel safe, non-judged and welcomed with their authentic juicy selves.
✨She brings 10 years of experience in organizing various events. From personal development, ecstatic dance and conscious events, temples up to psytrance/techno parties and business-oriented events.
✨She is the initiator of "Saturday lockdown dances" (aka FlowMotion Dance). One of two crazy people making people dance outdoors during the hardest covid lockdown, which became a movement and now you have all of those Tempelhofer feld dances now.🙈
✨She has accomplished a 100-hour Tantra massage course and organized and facilitated Temple nights and Temple weekends and Medicine retreats.
✨At the moment she facilitates group processes about human relating with a particular focus on conscious relationships, intimacy and healthy sexuality. As well she Co-facilitates feminist leadership seminars and gives 1:1 Somatic Coaching "Pantarei" sessions.

ROBERTA KASHA COLOMBANO (Italy - The Netherlands)

She is a heart warming Italian therapist who lived in the Netherlands for many years. Roberta is a Somatic Bodyworker, i.e. she deals with people who perceive difficulties in life and helps the client to come into greater contact with the body and with the emotions through dialogue, movement and touch. Her intent is to promote well-being in you so that greater harmony is created between people, with a positive impact in the family and in our society. Roberta manages to create a safe space where you can talk about any topic and to feel more rooted in the body, to value your qualities and to be able to express both anger and pain as well as joy and compassion.

She is a teacher of Focusing and a professional of Somatic Integration (Pantarei Approach). During individual sessions and workshops you will have the opportunity to learn who you are, to know your limits, to give space to any feelings, sensations and emotions that are ready to be "listened to” and learn to feel love for yourself.

Roberta strongly believes in the value of teamwork and how people can become more conscious when there is a safe space to listen to other participants, meditation and conscious movement.

Thanks to the tools she uses for her own clients, she learned how to care for her body, accepting the change of it through different phases of life. Dancing is her passion, it is her way of listening to herself in a very deep way, of listening to her bodily impulses and to allow more sensuality in herself.
