Your Soulful Breath duo, Kristy and Vicky return for the last time in 2025, weaving ceremonial cacao, transformational breathwork, ancient Egyptian healing currents, sound and gentle energetic alchemy to create a deeply restorative and uplifting space.

Kristy is an accredited Reiki, Seichim, and Karuna master/teacher, as well as a Cacao Ceremonialist Facilitator, specializing in somatic release breathwork and meditation. Her work is driven by a profound passion for guiding individuals into self-love, self-acceptance, and self-belief. Kristy creates a safe and nurturing environment for deep self-exploration, helping clients align with their highest timelines.
