Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful practice that combines conscious connected breathing with elements of Kriya Yoga and sacred movement. This is very intense work - a practice that requires your full dedication, presence, and readiness.
Through deep, powerful breathing, you may enter altered states of consciousness, much like a psychedelic journey, where you can:
✨ Access deep layers of your energetic, psychic, and causal body
✨ Experience out-of-body states
✨ Feel waves of ecstasy and bliss
✨ Unite with your Higher Self, the Source, and the Absolute
✨ Taste states of Samadhi or Nirvana

✨ Opening & Preparation: gentle breathwork and grounding practices to prepare body and mind
✨ Main Journey: ~45 minutes of very deep, intense, and transcendental breathing for profound transformation
✨ Integration: guided meditation, deep relaxation, and a closing sharing circle

✨ About the Facilitator ✨
My name is Natalie, and I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Prana/Energy Bodywork guide, and Tantra facilitator. I bring over 14 years of deep spiritual practice and immense experience across festivals, meditations, Vipassana retreats, shamanic ceremonies, and plant medicine journeys. I have deeply explored the body, energy, shadow, and dark femininity through Kundalini Yoga, Tantra, and Energy work - discovering liberation, joy, and the courage to fully embody my authentic self. I have studied and practiced various forms of transformative breathwork, including Shamanic Breathwork and Soma Breath, and continue to expand my knowledge in this field. My passion is to share this knowledge and experience, combining Kundalini, Tantra, Energy work, and Breathwork into a guided journey that leads to profound healing, transformation, and radiant authenticity.
