With Summer officially upon us, come together for everyone's favorite, the
Elwood's Organic Dog Meat Tasting Session: Summer Edition! βοΈπ΄
This time we are promoting our 4H Program while sampling "Corgi jerky" and "Chocolate Labrador Milk" as well as encouraging people to book a visit to our new Red Tractor approved farm for an open day getting the public excited to eat some dog meat!
"We don't have kids to help raise our meat dogs. We have meat dogs to help raise our kids."
The 4 H's (for anyone unfamiliar)
β HEAD: managing, and developing critical thinking skills
β HEART: relating, caring, developing friendships
β HANDS: giving, working, volunteering and helping out
β HEALTH: wellbeing, healthy living, taking care of yourself and the planet
All 4-Hers must 8 years old as of January 1st to participate. Sign up here:
https://www.elwooddogmeat.com/4h
Just bring yourselves and we will supply samples and Elwood's branded leaflets, etc. We will be outdoors, so do dress accordingly for the weather. π π
One of the great things about this sort of performative outreach, is there is something for everyone to do; of you're feeling very theatrical, you can be on team "dog meat" giving out samples and singing the praises of local free range dog products for the planet and for human health (because protein, and pug rashers), you could choose to be on the protest team and express outrage that anyone would want to eat our fellow sentient Earthlings (including dogs), or you could just hold a sign for either team if you're not feeling much like interacting with the public but still want to watch the drama unfold. We will also definitely need some photos or videos if anyone wants to help capture some of this theatrical but very effective activism.
While we give out samples of Corgi jerkey and possibly also chocolate Labradore milk, we can encourage the public to get their orders in for 'Leg of Lab' or 'Lassie Chops' for the perfect Summer cookout centerpiece.

Double also!!! We are discussing going for a little social after we wrap up the tasting session! I'll post a poll so we can democratically decide where to go for a bite to eat and to chat activism and generally socialize afterwards! This is always almost as much fun as the outreach beforehand!! π€©π±
(no animal products will be used for this demo, it will be soy jerkey and chocolate oat milk. This is partially a chance to use meat eaters excuses against them and troll them, and also just a really effective way to outreach the public)
I hope to see lots of you there! ππ±π
