Program warsztatów będzie realizowany krok po kroku wg zasad sformułowanych przez Kristin Linklater. Nie stanowi on interpretacji pracy tej znakomitej szkockiej trenerki głosu, ale ma na celu jak najwierniejsze przekazanie konkretnej wiedzy.
Uczestnicy, prowadzeni przez Joannę Kurzyńską przejdą przez drugą część słynnej progresji ćwiczeń zawartych w książce „Uwolnij swój głos”¹ oraz utrwalą to doświadczenie przez pracę z tekstem.
Zastosowanie metody Linklater w uwalnianiu głosu prowadzi od świadomości fizycznej ciała do świadomości oddechu, doświadczenia dźwięku w ciele, rozluźnienia napięć w gardle, żuchwie, języku i podniebieniu miękkim, pogłębienia rezonansu klatki piersiowej i rezonatorów twarzy przy jednoczesnym wsparciu oddechowej energii, eksplorującej skalę głosu.
Ćwiczenia z części „Drabina rezonatorów” bezpośrednio wpływają na wzmocnienie i poszerzenie skali głosu, odblokowują możliwości artykulacyjne, uwalniają kreatywność posługiwania się głosem w mowie, śpiewie, ekspresji wokalnej.
Warsztaty są adresowane do osób, które chciałyby pogłębić lub odnowić świadomość swojego głosu – przede wszystkim do aktorów, wokalistów, tancerzy, nauczycieli śpiewu i emisji głosu, ale także do wszystkich, którzy na co dzień posługują się głosem w swojej pracy, jak np. nauczyciele szkolni i akademiccy, lekarze, terapeuci, politycy czy biznesmeni.
UWAGA! Warunkiem wzięcia udziału w warsztatach jest wcześniejszy kontakt z metodą Kristin Linklater – inaczej warsztaty przyniosą więcej pytań niż możliwości rozwoju w pracy z głosem.

This intensive weekend workshop called The Resonating Ladder is a workshop of the Voice In Progress Studio designed for anyone who have already learned the fundamentals of the Linklater Voice Method (e.g. during the first series of sessions led by the Voice In Progress Studio, The Touch of Sound or Sigh – Sing workshops) and want to learn more. The workshop will progress in a strictly step-by-step fashion as designed by Kristin Linklater. It will not be an interpretation of her work but a faithful transfer of knowledge. Guided by Joanna Kurzyńska participants will progress through the second part of the progression of exercises described in the book Freeing the Natural Voice, and will be able to discover changes occurring in their voices as they work with text.
The Freeing the Natural Voice approach leads from the physical awareness of the body to the awareness of breathing, the experience of sound in the body, the loosening of tensions in the throat, jaw, tongue and soft palate, the deepening of the resonance of chest and face resonators with the support of natural breathing energy, exploring the full vocal range. It also helps rebuild a close link between the voice and emotional impulses beyond the control of the mind. While the exercises in the Resonating Ladder part directly influence the strengthening and widening of the voice scale, unlock articulatory possibilities, unleash the creativity of using the voice in speaking, singing, vocal expression.
The workshop is intended for anyone who wants to deepen or renew their awareness of and contact with their voice, mostly actors, singers, dancers, voice teachers and anyone who is required to use their voice in their daily work (including school and university teachers, doctors, therapists, politicians and business people).
ATTENTION! Participants must have some previous experience of the Linklater Voice Method, which is required to avoid a situation where there are more questions than opportunities to practice.
