�� Soulful Desert Retreat for Women ~ 23–28 October 2025 ��Near Mhamid El Ghizlane, Moroccan Sahara
A 5-day journey to slow down, soften, and remember who you truly are.
This retreat was born from a longing—
to guide women back into their bodies,
into presence, peace, and deep inner safety—
held by the vast stillness of the Sahara desert.
In this sacred space, we’ll gather to breathe, move, rest, reflect, and reconnect.
You’ll be guided by mindful somatic yoga, conscious breathwork, gentle desert rituals, and powerful 1:1 subconscious coaching to release what no longer serves you and come back home to yourself.

� Daily conscious movement & breath sessions

� Guided heart & inner child coaching
� Campfire circles & women’s sharing rituals
� Private 1:1 coaching session with Barbara
� Stay in a fixed desert camp (with private showers & toilets)
