This event is part of ESTRADA W CENTRUM – a summer series of free cultural events taking place in the heart of Poznań. This year’s programme is deeply inspired by the city’s architecture and history. The historic urban fabric of Poznań’s centre, radically transformed in the aftermath of World War II, has become a direct point of reference for the invited artists and creators. The legacy of post-war modernism, still visible throughout the city, is reflected in both the ideas and content of the programme.
For years, the modernist complex housing the Arsenał Municipal Gallery and the Military Museum on Poznań’s Old Market Square has sparked strong and often conflicting opinions. During this guided tour, participants will have a rare opportunity to explore parts of the building that are not normally accessible to the public and learn about the site's history – from the pre-war buildings that once stood here, through post-war reconstruction concepts, to contemporary debates about its future and its role within the historic city centre.

He co-creates urban projects and educational initiatives promoting architecture and public discussion about urban space.
