About your speaker
Eliott Rose is a PhD student at the University of Manchester and recipient of the Queer and Trans Healthcare and Creativity Scholarship. His doctoral research examines trans activism within and inspired by the HIV/AIDS crisis from the 1980s to the present, with a focus on communities of care, kinship, and political organising. He is particularly interested in how archives can be reimagined to foreground trans experiences, knowledge, and forms of care.
