Our immersive “Teaching From The Heart” 200 Hour Teacher Training Program is designed for dedicated students eager to deepen your connection to yoga, and who wish to learn the art and craft of teaching yoga in your own sincere voice, from your heart. We will delve into yoga’s history, philosophy, mythology, asana, pranayama breathing practices, meditation practices, mantra, music, storytelling, poetry, and ritual with a strong focus on building knowledge, confidence, and teaching skills step-by-step.
In addition to learning time tested techniques and best practices for teaching yoga – our teacher training is distinctive in that we also encourage you to empower your creativity and voice to design imaginative, colorful classes born from your own unique story, personality, and passions. The soulful practices you learn will become lifelong companions to nurture your physical, mental, and spiritual health, and empower you to guide and inspire others.
