Often we don’t realise we’re running on empty until life forces us to stop.
For me, that moment came some years ago — and it quietly reshaped both my life and my work.
As part of Mosaic Talks at Mosaic at the Mills, I’ll be sharing a personal story of burnout, recovery, and how Zen practice helped me move from endurance to sustainability — not by fixing myself, but by learning to pause, listen, and respond with care.
