Join us to preview the exhibition in the cloisters from 6.30pm. At 7pm we will gather in the Cathedral Education Room for an evening with Wayne Campbell, visual activist and creator of photographic exhibition ‘A Celebration of Demonstration’ and Richard Reddie, ‘Director of Justice and Inclusion for Churches Together in Britain and Ireland’.
Doors open from 6.30pm for an opportunity to view the Celebration of Demonstration exhibition.
The event is located within a wheelchair accessible venue. If you have any additional access requirements, please let us know how we can help. This event is part of Resistance, Racial Justice & Reconciliation: an exhibition and events to mark Racial Justice Sunday, 8 February 2026. ‘A Celebration of Demonstration’ is a photography exhibition exploring Black Lives Matter protests in London and Somerset. It is available to view in the Cathedral Cloisters from 3rd February – 1st March.
‘A Celebration of Demonstration’ is brought to us by Wayne Campbell, London based visual activist and award-winning designer, filmmaker, and critically acclaimed photographer. Jason Bryant and Len Copland are renowned Somerset based photographers. Viewing the exhibition is included with admission to the Cathedral.
The exhibition and events have been organised in association with Somerset African Caribbean Network.
