Diamonds are made in rough and dismal conditions. Jade Reed is one such diamond discovered in the heart of the Midwest in Iowa, USA. Jade frequented local underground parties that instilled in him a deep love and admiration for driving beats and pulsating bass lines that compelled crowds to dance past the early morning hours. He pursued this love and admiration by assisting with or performing at local parties such as Sub Sonic Social and the 515 Alive Music Festival. Jade's studio partner and fellow techno rancher, Mustafa Avdic, first came to light within the underground music culture through recognition of his own remixes & music production released on various reputable record labels. 2007 was a year of good omens to come for Mustafa as his co-produced tune, Oktave Jumper, (remixed by Woody McBride), was hand-picked by none other than the living legend, Dave Clarke, for his 'I Love Techno' compilation. Mustafa continued to establish his musical love affair as the co-owner of his record label, Solar Cathedral Recordings. Since then, Mustafa has been responsible for a series of music releases as well as an extensive touring calendar that has seen him tear up clubs and festivals all over the world.
Opening a new chapter of musical journey, Jade Reed and Mustafa Avdic merged their musical passions to form a comical collaboration known as 'Cloudy With A Chance Of Techno'. Make no mistake: The music behind the whimsical name is a testament to their personalities on the dance floor, and to their expertise in decimating dance floors with giant bass-laden meatballs of shredding techno. Their forays into the music studio provide them with a means to forge dance floor artillery that is constructed with sinister moods and strapped together by dark, driving percussion. This is further laced with haunting vocals and ominous atmospherics in order to convey a madness that compels one to let it all go and dance.
As of late, Jade & Mustafa have focused on event promotion and their production company, Ekvilibrium. Jade and Mustafa are equally responsible for assembling some of the largest private sound systems in the Des Moines area of Iowa. They continue to organize energetic music events presenting music that is not found or heard easily in many parts of the world. These two diamonds in the rough, from the heartland of America, are on a mission to share their musical passions and inspirations with the world. Are you along for the ride?

Making his introduction in the Chicago underground scene in 2012, Matteo has always had a lifelong passion for music and Based out of Rockford, IL, Matteo has been rocking the dancefloor on the decks since 2018. From the beginning, Matteo was always that friend that had all the latest releases.he started picking up the guitar- which he started taking lessons for and learned some basics. Matteo has also always had a very keen interest in electronics, Not only has he enjoyed listening to his favorite tunes on his premium custom sound systems, but he has also now taken that interest to another level. Matteo has invested his passion for music into DJing, where his natural abilities and talent were soon to become very recognized in Chicago and surrounding areas.
Matteo started growing very fond of electronic dance music.With each show and underground event he attended, his passion and love for dance music grew.Matteo’s dedication to practicing and growing house music collection solidified and he was playing events in no time. He made his entrance into DJing at a local club in Rockford, which was the only nearby nightclub that offered electronic dance music. The patrons loved to hear his high-energy style of house, which led to a residency event for about 2 years alongside two other DJ friends. Meanwhile, Matteo and his close group of local friends started an up-and-coming DJ crew called WARE, which is still a tight knit group surely bound to make a mark on the underground Chicagoland scene in the future.
Fine tuning his selection has taken years, and currently Matteo’s favorite genre to play is tech-house. Matteo’s style hits the dance floor hard and with a high energy flow. Over the last several years, Matteo has become a well-known DJ in the City of Chicago. Playing at events held at The Gold Room, Mansion on Rush, Electric Hotel, InnJoy, Esmerelda’s and more, he has certainly made a name for himself in the city. He has also played alongside some really well-known DJs such as Chicago legends- Paul Johnson and Gene Hunt. His current affiliations are with Chicago based production crews- Kids of the Core Chicago (KOTC) and WARE. With a focused mindset and serious dedication to what he does- there are no limits as to what Matteo can accomplish on his evolving journey as a DJ.
