𝗕𝗨𝗧 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐓!
𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦:
1. PREREGISTRATION IS MANDATORY but does not guarantee participation.
2. Due to space limitations, applications will be reviewed and accepted chronologically.
3. Only those who have received a CONFIRMATION SMS will be allowed to enter the contest.
4. Parents/Guardians are welcome to preregister on behalf of child/ward.
5. The LAST DATE of Preregistration is 12 April , 2026 (By 08 PM).
Art Supplies & Guideline:
- Participants will be provided regular cartridge paper (15" x 11").
- Participants are requested to bring all other art supplies & stationery they may require.
- There is no restriction on the type of coloring materials that may be used.
