About this Event

Hello beautiful people,

Welcome to Nilai with Nina. My names Nina and I'll be hosting a wonderful sound bath experience on the Thursday 16th June, 7:15pm - 8:30pm.

Sound healing has many benefits including:-

Deep relaxation

Reduce's stress and anxiety

Alleviate's physical pain

Improves sleep

Emotional release

Helps mental clarity & focus

Helps with nervous system regulation & much more

Join us for a lovely evening of surrender and relaxation. I will be playing Crystal singing bowls through out the session, it will be soft & relaxing. Mats, blankets & cushions are provided however if you'd like to bring your own you are more than welcome too. (Please note you will be laying on a yoga mat for this session)

What to bring:-

Journal & pen

Wear warm comfortable clothes

Warm socks

Water

Extra blankets/ pillows (if you want to) one blanket & one pillow will provided.

What to expect on the day:-

Introduction, intention setting, small meditation to bring you into a relaxing state, sound bath session, oracle cards, individual journal time, and to end any thoughts you'd like to share with the group with some herbal tea and dark chocolate.
