אנחנו מזמינים אתכם לערב שיזכיר לגוף וללב איך זה מרגיש להיות חופשי-
🧘♀ מדיטציה שקטה – תרגול פשוט ועמוק שבו נלמד ונחווה איך מתרגלים מדיטציה ואיך מתמידים בתרגול בחיי היום־יום שלנו בקלות.
💃 אקסטטיק דאנס – נתחיל בהנחיה שתעזור להיכנס לגוף, להיפתח, להשתחרר – ומשם לריקוד חופשי בלב פתוח.
🎶 מעגל סיכום ושירה מקודשת – נסיים בשירה משותפת, מחברת, משמחת לבבות בליווי גיטרה וכלים נוספים.

גל הרבון
מורה להאטה יוגה קלאסית ומדיטציה.
חוקרת את מדעי התודעה האנושית.
בוגרת קורס המורים של שאקטי מאי בפראנה יוגה קולג׳ וקורס מדיטציה ומיינדפולנס של אסף ליברמן.
מלמדת יוגה ומדיטציה מעל 3 שנים בארץ ובעולם, מנחת סדנאות וריטריטים שמתמקדים בתודעה ויצירת מציאות.
מלווה א.נשים בתהליכים 1-1 לריפוי גוףנפש ויצירת מציאות חדשה באמצעות תודעה ומדיטציה.

אדי זאידמן
חוקר ורוקד במרחבי אקסטטיק דנס ומוסיקת הרפואה כ-8 שנים.
כיום אני מחזיק מרחבים ומנחה ומוביל מעגלי שירה ומביא את רפואת הצלילים והמוסיקה הנוגעת בעזרת מגוון של כלי נגינה ושירה.
מחזיק כמעט 6 שנים כבר את מרחב השבט הקסום בת"א.
נרגש להביא את קולי, נגינתי ומתנתי למסע 🙏

We invite you to an evening that will remind the body and heart how it feels like to be free -
🧘♀ Silent Meditation - a simple and profound practice in which we will learn and experience how to practice meditation and how to persevere in the practice in our daily lives with ease.
💃 Ecstatic Dance - We will begin with guidance that will help you enter the body, open up, and release - and from there to free dance with an open heart.
🎶 Closing Circle and Sacred Singing - We will end with a joint, connecting, heart-warming singing accompanied by guitar and other instruments.

💸 Cost: Registration fee 49 NIS only + Dana (giving according to your heart and ability)

About the facilitators:
Gal Harbon
Classical Hatha Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
Researches the sciences of human consciousness.
Graduate of Shakti Mai's teacher training course at Prana Yoga College and Assaf Liberman's meditation and mindfulness course.
Has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 3 years in Israel and internationally, leading workshops and retreats that focus on consciousness and reality creation.
Accompanying women in 1-1 processes for healing body and mind and creating a new reality through consciousness and meditation.

Eddie Zaidman
Researching and dancing in the spaces of Ecstatic Dance and Music of Healing for about 8 years.
Today I hold spaces and lead singing circles.
I have been holding the Magical Tribe space in Tel Aviv for almost 6 years.
Excited to bring my voice, playing and music to the journey 🙏
