🌿 Join UCCN for a Pysanky Workshop 🌿
Traditionally, before Easter, we gather together to write pysanky — sharing conversation, warmth, and a sense of calm and unity.
This gathering is for those who have held a kistka before and would like to return to this beautiful tradition, as well as for those who will be trying it for the first time. We will talk about the technique, the symbols found on pysanky, the meanings passed down through generations, and simply spend meaningful time together. 🥚✨
This event is for the whole family. We will be happy to welcome everyone 💛💙

🌟 Workshop languages: Ukrainian and English.
This workshop is not only a creative experience but also a charitable initiative. All proceeds will go toward covering material costs and supporting the Ukrainian Cultural Center of New England (UCCN).
Organized by the Ukrainian Cultural Center of New England (UCCN) with the support of Ridna Shkola. Event partner — Pysanky Club.
The workshop will be led by Alona Popova with the support of the UCCN volunteer team.

Традиційно перед Великоднем ми збираємося разом, щоб писати писанки — з розмовами, з теплом, з відчуттям спокою та єдності. Це зустріч як для тих, хто вже тримав писачок у руках і хоче знову повернутися до цієї традиції, так і для тих, хто спробує вперше. Поговоримо про техніку, про символи на писанках, про сенси, які передавалися поколіннями, і просто проведемо добрий час разом.
