To KOTZAM Jam επιστρέφει στη Utopia Laboratory στις 6 Απριλίου . Φόρα ό,τι ρούχο θες, φέρε ό,τι διάθεση έχεις και έλα να τζαμάρουμε παρέα.To Jam αποτελεί μία ελεύθερη πρακτική αυτοσχεδιαστικής κίνησης στην οποία τα σώματα καλούνται να γνωριστούν/ συνεργαστούν/ συμπράξουν με την συνύπαρξή τους στον χώρο. Αυτή η υβριδική πρακτική λειτουργεί σαν γέφυρα μεταξύ ενός σωματικού διαλογισμού, μιας ψυχοκινητικής θεραπείας, μιας αθλητικής προπόνησης και μιας χορευτικής αυτοσχέδιας συνεδρίας.
Η Utopia Laboratory αποτελεί safe space για όλα μας. Τα μόνα προαπαιτούμενα είναι η διάθεση για επικοινωνία με σεβασμό στα όρια του καθένα μας και τα άνετα ρούχα. Σνάκς και αφεψίματα είναι επίσης καλοδεχούμενα.

Wear whichever clothes you want, bring whichever mood you are in and come jam.
Contat Improvisation Jam is a free practice of improvisational movement in which bodies are invited to get to know each other/cooperate/collaborate with their coexistence in space. This hybrid practice acts as a bridge between a physical meditation, a psychokinetic therapy, an athletic training session and a dance improvisation session.
Utopia Laboratory is a safe space for all of us. The only prerequisites are the willingness to communicate with respect to the limits of each and every one of us and comfortable clothes. Snacks and drinks are also welcome.
